I'm Nycole
I didn’t set out to be a founder—but I’ve always been a builder.
Over the past two decades—14 of them in leadership—I’ve developed integrated marketing strategies across brand, content, social, creator, and performance. I’ve designed scalable content engines and led cross-functional teams. The work I deliver breaks silos, builds equity, and drives measurable results for Fortune 500s, scaling startups, and challenger brands.

I’ve built a consulting practice focused on infrastructure to help brands escape repetitive advertising and reactive marketing by building the systems, strategies, and teams that make great work achievable, scalable, and repeatedly impactful. I help brands fix what’s broken or build what’s missing, whether it’s rearchitecting the way brands think about content, forging deeper connections with customers, or aligning the stories being told across channels. I bring clarity, structure, and senior leadership to brands in transition or growth mode. I don’t just advise from the sidelines—I roll up my sleeves and get projects moving alongside you.
I love helping others think differently about what modern marketing can be. I’m equally committed to mentorship, education, and staying at the forefront of industry innovation. I currently teach as an adjunct professor at West Virginia University and regularly speak at marketing and business conferences.

Let’s be honest—no one’s all work, so here’s a peek at my fun side:
I live in Los Angeles (7 years and counting!), but spent 14 years in Chicago after college—and yes, I still miss the food.
I adopted my lovable Boxer, ChaCha, from Boxer Rescue LA after a classic foster fail. ​
My first job out of college? I “won” a World Series—kind of. I worked for the Chicago White Sox during their championship season. Go Sox!
I’m a proud Michigan Wolverines football fan—fall Saturdays are sacred.​
I have 11 tattoos…and I’m sure there are more to come.
I’m a foodie who avoids cooking at all costs—so if we ever meet, let’s make it a lunch meeting 🙂.
